Why is the meditation free?
Freedom and liberation are the birthright of every human being.
This meditation has roots in practices that have been maintained and passed forward by many spiritual traditions over thousands of years for the benefit of humanity.
To honor the benevolent intent behind these practices and to preserve their transformative effect, the opportunity to participate is made available to everyone—just as the Infinite gives freely, without discrimination.
The process is too essential to human flourishing to be restricted by financial means.
The meditation is a gift from the Infinite, and it works best when received in that spirit.
However, if after experiencing the benefits of the practice, you would like to make a contribution, that will be gratefully accepted.
THE NATURE OF THE PRACTICE
Why is there no fixed position for meditation?
Because the meditation works in all positions of the body. You choose the position that feels best at any given moment, knowing that this can and is allowed to change.
What if my internal voice conflicts with the meditation instructions?
Always give preference to your internal voice. The internal voice is with you at all times; external guidance is temporary.
Why am I encouraged to follow my own guidance even during group meditations?
As a practitioner, you must have the freedom to navigate your own experience. You are best aware of where you are, so you know which aspects of the practice you are comfortable with to engage and explore.
As practice deepens, this process makes it easier to explore and discover new aspects of your inner world.
What are the other features of the meditation?
As it makes you more and more open to the infinite field, one becomes more open to the world, society and environment around. It makes it easier for you to integrate with the Infinite Space we live in. Also to enjoy surrendering to the Infinite Field and be open to new experiences that it brings.
Further, as this practice is not Teacher-based, it trains you to engage directly with the Infinite Energy field, experience its abundant flow, and create an abundant flow for yourself.
This practice also helps in making meditation a habit and maintaining a constant connection with the Infinite energy field. It also enables you to create positive energy fields around you, become emotionally and spiritually independent, trust your intuitions, and to raise your personal efficiency.
MEDITATION AND PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
How does meditation help solve problems ?
No matter the situation, the most effective way to approach it from a base state of connection and harmony with the Infinite energy field. Solutions naturally arise from this connection.
Meditation strengthens that connection.
What does “Meditation of Freedom” mean? Freedom from what?
Freedom from whatever you wish to be free from.
A sincere practitioner of Infinite Awareness Meditation cannot be manipulated or controlled.
What can I release through meditation?
You can release anything that no longer serves you—unwanted habits, fear, anger, anxiety, depression, frustration, sadness, addictions.
As your system becomes cleaner, even positive emotions like happiness, gratitude, and love are released—not in the sense of losing them, but in the sense of allowing them to flow freely rather than being held onto or attached to.
What happens to old habits?
As meditation deepens, undesirable, unwholesome habits naturally dissolve, and beneficial, wholesome habits begin to arise naturally.
*Wholesome habits—those that bring inner freedom and liberation.
*Unwholesome habits—those that work against inner freedom and liberation.
When we meditate, what are we integrating with?
In the ordinary state of mind, integration is mostly with the local environment, leading to a disconnection from the Infinite field. Through meditation, one shifts toward integration with the Infinite energy field.
Is prior experience required?
No. The meditation is open to everyone, whether you are completely new or have spent years in spiritual or religious practice.
MEDITATION AND HIGHER STATES OF BEING
How is this meditation connected to the experience of Light?
The meditation strengthens your connection with the Light of higher awareness, allowing you to navigate both inner and outer darkness with greater clarity. As this connection deepens, practitioners often experience illumination in their consciousness, leading to greater wisdom, insight, and peace.
How is this meditation connected to breatharian practices?
Continued practice leads to deeper energetic nourishment, gradually increasing one’s ability to live on Energy / Light.
What tools or external aids do I need?
As you progress, you will find that peace, balance, and happiness arise naturally from within, without the need for external aids / supports.
HANDLING EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS AND HEALING
What should I do when I’m triggered?
Regardless of whether the cause is internal or external, the meditator takes responsibility for returning to balance and harmony.
What about healing?
The meditation itself is healing. Additionally, whatever healing path you are on, this practice creates a more supportive inner environment, accelerating the process.
If the practice is so simple, how does it bring such quick results?
Because you work directly with the Infinite—with nothing and no one in between.
How does meditation help work with addictions?
The practice helps release all types of addictions—whether to substances, food, emotional states, experiences, expectations, or past events.
It also supports the release of compulsive patterns related to sexuality, including overattachment to explicit content, helping practitioners cultivate a more balanced and conscious relationship with their energy.
TRANSFORMATION THROUGH MEDITATION
What can I expect to discover in this practice?
As meditation deepens, one encounters refined versions of oneself—perhaps versions never previously known.
One begins to experience:
| The healed self The healthy self The kind self The caring self The disciplined self The focused self The confident self | The patient self The intuitive self The graceful self The faithful self The loving self The forgiving self The wise self | The expanded self The liberated self The omnipotent self The omnipresent self The omniscient self The Infinite Self |
How to surrender ? / How do I “let go” when people keep saying, “just let go”?
The introductory session of the meditation addresses this. As you progress, the practice provides a safe space where surrender feels natural, leading to expansion and liberation.
MEDITATION, AWARENESS, AND THE INFINITE
Why are there no recorded meditations available?
Infinite Awareness Meditation is about direct connection with the dynamic, living energy of the Infinite—not recorded voices.
Each practitioner must learn to tune in to the Infinite field with the continuous guidance of their inner voice. This cannot happen through dependence on an external recordings.
How do we access the wealth of the Infinite energy field?
By bringing ourselves to the awareness of Oneness and abundance. Meditation is the process that raises our awareness to that level.
How does this meditation address stress management?
This practice does not “manage” stress—it releases it. When stress is gone, “management” is no longer necessary.
What about discipline?
Externally imposed discipline fades as internally inspired discipline arises naturally.
How do we recognize energies?
Energy sensitivity develops as a natural outcome of meditation.
Why do some people continue with the meditation while others leave?
This is a matter of vibration.
People find this practice because of their vibration, and they continue or leave also based on their vibration.
Here, vibration refers to sincerity, dedication, readiness, and determination—qualities that help one move forward. Likewise, those who step away after a while often do so because they are not yet ready for the full path. They are interested only in immediate requirements. Some return later.
What is the biggest challenge for practitioners on this path?
To change. To let go of old ideas and perceptions and to embrace the new reality.
How do we engage with the Infinite Energy Field ?
We are always engaging with it. This becomes more clear as our awareness becomes more subtle through the meditaiton.
Maintaing this awareness makes the engagement more active.
