A Living Space for Infinite Awareness
Introduction
Golden Womb is more than a WhatsApp group.
It is intended to be a living space for people who wish to explore their connection with the Infinite through meditation, direct experience, sharing, reflection and the integration of awareness into daily life.
The name Golden Womb draws from Hiranyagarbha, an ancient expression associated with the primordial source or womb of creation.
For us, Golden Womb represents a space in which something new can emerge through conscious exploration of Infinite Awareness.
What emerges from this space depends not only on the meditation sessions, but also on what each person brings into it:
attention, presence, sincerity, experience and participation.
This Charter is therefore not intended simply as a set of rules. It is an invitation to become conscious of the kind of space we are creating together.
1. The Foundation
The foundation of our exploration is simple:
The Infinite is the only teacher; we are here to serve.
Golden Womb is not intended to establish another belief system or a fixed set of teachings.
We come together to explore.
We meditate.
We experience.
We share.
We reflect.
We learn.
We live.
Understanding is allowed to emerge through direct experience.
2. What Golden Womb Is
Golden Womb is a space for:
- meditation
- direct experience
- sincere sharing
- questions and inquiry
- reflection
- learning from one another
- exploring Infinite Awareness in daily life
- discovering what becomes possible when awareness enters our relationships, families, work and communities
It is not intended to be a general-purpose social-media or information group.
The purpose of this space is to help us go deeper into the exploration.
3. Experience Before Explanation
One of the principles of Golden Womb is:
Experience before explanation.
We may encounter beautiful teachings, books, videos, articles and ideas from many sources. They can be valuable.
But the most important material in this space is what we are actually discovering through our own practice.
Instead of only asking:
“What does someone else say?”
we increasingly ask:
“What am I experiencing?”
“What am I discovering?”
“What is changing in me?”
“What is becoming possible in my life?”
Our own experience becomes an important source of learning for the whole community.
4. Bring Your Own Experience
You are encouraged to bring:
- what you are discovering
- what you are questioning
- what is changing in you
- difficulties you are encountering
- insights arising through meditation
- changes you notice in daily life
- questions that you do not yet have answers to
You do not need to have a profound experience.
You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to understand what is happening.
A sincere question can be as valuable as an insight.
Bring yourself.
Your experience matters.
Your questions matter.
Your discoveries matter.
Your voice matters.
5. Sharing Is Part of the Practice
Sharing is not merely reporting what happened during meditation.
The act of expressing an experience can itself help us see that experience more clearly.
Someone else’s sharing may help us recognise something in ourselves.
A question from another practitioner may open a new perspective.
In this way:
Meditation → Experience → Sharing → Reflection → Insight → Deeper Living
becomes a living cycle.
Everyone has something to contribute.
Not everyone will experience the same thing, and there is no expectation that they should.
The value lies in bringing what is genuinely arising for you.
6. Sharing Material From Outside
Articles, videos, quotations, teachings and other material from outside sources may sometimes be useful.
However, Golden Womb is not intended to become a stream of forwarded information.
Before sharing something from elsewhere, pause and ask:
Why am I bringing this into Golden Womb?
How is it relevant to Infinite Awareness?
What does it make me see?
How does it connect with my own experience?
When possible, include your own reflection rather than simply forwarding the material.
Outside information can then become a starting point for our own exploration rather than a replacement for it.
Material that is intended simply for general sharing can be posted in the Welcome Group.
7. Keeping the Space Focused
Every message contributes to the direction of the group.
Golden Womb is specifically created and curated for the practice and exploration of Infinite Awareness Meditation/Living.
Thoughtful questions, reflections and respectful differences of perspective are welcome when they help deepen our understanding.
At the same time, discussions that move primarily into intellectual debate, theoretical argument or teachings unrelated to the practice can take the group away from its purpose.
The intention is not to restrict exploration, but to protect the particular exploration for which this space exists.
When necessary, the facilitator may therefore redirect or remove material that significantly takes the group away from its purpose.
This is not a judgement of the material or the person who shared it.
It is simply an act of caring for the space.
8. Respect for Different Experiences
Experiences will naturally differ.
One person may experience silence.
Another may experience profound emotion.
Someone may have many questions.
Someone else may experience very little at first.
One person may understand something in one way, while another sees it differently.
We do not need to make everyone’s experience the same.
We listen.
We inquire.
We remain open.
We do not impose our interpretation on another person’s experience.
The purpose of sharing is not to prove who is right.
It is to learn.
9. Sharing From Practice, Not Advising Others
When sharing during the live sessions or in the group, the emphasis is on one’s own practice and experience.
There can be a natural tendency, especially when people come from different backgrounds, to respond to another person’s experience by offering advice based on one’s own practice or teachings.
This can unintentionally create confusion.
You are therefore encouraged to speak from your own experience:
“This is what I experienced.”
“This is what I discovered.”
“This is what I am noticing.”
rather than telling another person what they should experience or how they should practise.
Questions and thoughtful reflections are welcome.
Any guidance between members must take place privately.
10. Sharing and Community
Golden Womb is intended to become a community, not simply a place where information is posted.
People may naturally get to know one another here, and sharing things that are relevant to the lives and interests of members can be part of building that community.
What is shared publicly in the group may be shared with others.
In fact, members are encouraged to share relevant articles, posts and material from Golden Womb with people outside the group when doing so may help others become aware of Infinite Awareness Meditation/Living.
At the same time, personal or vulnerable experiences shared by another member should always be treated with sensitivity and respect.
There is an important distinction between sharing what has been intentionally placed in the public space and taking someone’s personal interaction or private communication elsewhere without their consent.
Golden Womb is intended to grow into a community where people can connect with one another naturally.
As that community develops, we want this to happen through mutual respect rather than unsolicited promotion.
If the facilitator receives concerns that someone’s participation appears primarily directed toward promoting a business, service, product or another interest rather than participating in the exploration, the facilitator may speak with that person privately to understand their intention.
People have livelihoods, businesses and many different interests, and there is no intention to make Golden Womb unfriendly toward these. However, business promotion, professional networking, and sharing of services or opportunities belong in the Welcome Group.
Golden Womb is intended to remain focused on the practice, exploration and community that arise around Infinite Awareness Meditation/Living.
The intention is simply to ensure that participation in Golden Womb remains sincere and respectful of the purpose of the space.
11. Active Participation Keeps the Space Alive
Golden Womb is a living space.
Active participation is therefore encouraged and expected.
Participation does not mean that everyone must write long messages or speak at every session.
It can mean:
- attending meditation
- sharing an experience
- asking a question
- responding to another person’s sharing
- acknowledging someone’s contribution
- reflecting on a discussion
- sharing something discovered in daily life
- supporting another member
- or simply letting others know that you are present
Even something as simple as an emoji can communicate:
“I have seen this.”
“I acknowledge what you shared.”
“I respect it.”
When someone shares something personal, vulnerable or meaningful and receives no response at all, prolonged silence can sometimes be experienced as indifference or lack of respect.
This is not about requiring a particular response from everyone.
It is about developing a culture of presence, acknowledgement and mutual support.
A group can become stagnant when its members remain only passive observers over a long period.
Therefore, from time to time, each of us can ask:
Am I participating in the life of this space?
There is no fixed formula.
The important thing is that the space remains alive.
12. New Members
Anyone joining Golden Womb is invited to understand the intention of the space.
New members are encouraged to read this Charter and become familiar with its spirit.
Joining Golden Womb is not simply joining another WhatsApp group.
It means entering a shared field of exploration.
There is no need to speak immediately.
You are welcome to observe and listen.
As your own experience develops, you are encouraged to gradually participate and bring that experience into the space.
13. Existing Members
This Charter is equally an invitation to everyone who is already here.
As the group evolves, we may all need to renew our understanding of why we are here.
We can ask ourselves:
What brought me here?
What am I exploring now?
What am I discovering?
What am I contributing to the space?
Is Golden Womb still meaningful for me?
There is no judgement in the answers.
People’s journeys change.
Someone may become deeply involved.
Someone may need to step back for a period.
Someone may eventually feel that this is no longer their path.
All of these possibilities can be met with respect.
14. The Live Sessions
The weekly live sessions are an important part of Golden Womb.
They provide an opportunity to meditate together, share experiences and explore the practice more deeply.
During these sessions, participants are invited to honour the structure of the session and the flow in which the meditation unfolds.
The facilitator offers the session in surrender to the Infinite, which is the presiding energy.
Participants are therefore invited to avoid attempting to direct the facilitator or the flow of the session.
This does not mean that questions or observations are unwelcome.
It means that there is a time and place for different kinds of exploration.
The intention is to allow the meditation and sharing to unfold without unnecessary interruption.
15. The Role of the Facilitator
The facilitator’s role is to serve the exploration and care for the space.
The facilitator does not need to have all the answers.
The foundation remains:
The Infinite is the only teacher.
The facilitator helps create the conditions in which practitioners can explore, experience, share and learn.
This includes maintaining the focus of the group and, when necessary, moderating participation or material that is inconsistent with the purpose of the space.
Such actions are intended to serve the space, not to establish personal authority.
16. When Something Needs to Be Redirected or Removed
From time to time, something may need to be redirected or removed because it is:
- unrelated to the purpose of Golden Womb
- disruptive to the focus of the group
- disrespectful toward another person
- primarily promotional
- inappropriate for the space
- or otherwise inconsistent with its spirit
Removal is not necessarily a judgement about the person or the material.
It simply means:
Not everything belongs in every space.
The Welcome Group remains available for broader material and discussion.
17. When Participation No Longer Fits the Space
If someone’s participation repeatedly conflicts with the purpose or atmosphere of Golden Womb, the first step will generally be conversation.
The facilitator may reach out privately to understand the person’s intention and explain the concern.
If, after that, the participation continues to significantly affect the space or the experience of others, it may become necessary to ask the person to leave.
This is not intended as punishment.
It is simply a way of caring for the space and the people who have come here sincerely to explore.
Likewise, anyone who feels that Golden Womb is no longer aligned with their journey is free to leave without judgement.
18. The Culture Being Created
Golden Womb is an exploration of what can happen when people come together not simply to receive knowledge, but to discover through experience.
The culture we are cultivating values:
Experience over opinion.
Inquiry over certainty.
Participation over passive consumption.
Living over merely knowing.
Listening alongside speaking.
Service over personal authority.
Connection over separation.
The Infinite as the teacher.
19. From Individual to Culture
What happens in Golden Womb does not need to remain within Golden Womb.
A person discovers greater awareness.
That awareness enters their life.
Their relationships may change.
Their family may experience something different.
Their children may observe it.
Their workplace may be influenced.
Their community may be influenced.
In this way, something larger can emerge organically.
Not through force.
Not through persuasion.
Not through creating another ideology.
But through lived example.
Individual → Family → Workplace / School → Community → Society → Humanity
This is part of the larger possibility being explored.
20. A Living Understanding
Golden Womb itself is not intended to become a rigid structure.
As the understanding of Infinite Awareness Meditation/Living evolves, our understanding of how to hold this space may also evolve.
This Charter may therefore change.
What is written here is not meant to become another fixed doctrine.
It is a living expression of what seems appropriate now.
If a better way of holding the space becomes apparent, there should be a willingness to change.
The same principle applies to the practice itself:
never become attached to the current form.
Remain open to what wants to come in.
Our Simple Understanding
The whole Charter can be held in a few simple principles:
Come with sincerity.
Practice.
Experience.
Share.
Listen.
Question.
Learn.
Support one another.
Live it.
Respect the space.
Allow others to discover for themselves.
Keep the space alive.
And above all:
Let our own experience speak.
Closing
Golden Womb is something created together.
Its quality does not come from the name alone.
It comes from the consciousness with which each person enters it.
Every meditation contributes.
Every sincere sharing contributes.
Every thoughtful question contributes.
Every moment of attentive listening contributes.
Every act of respect contributes.
Let us therefore not think of Golden Womb merely as a group that we belong to.
Let us think of it as a living space that we are helping to create.
A space where we can explore what happens when human beings consciously turn towards the Infinite … and allow that exploration to enter their lives.
Let us keep the space deep.
Let us keep it alive.
Let us keep it focused.
And above all:
Let us allow our own experience to speak.
